- Receiving report by the outgoing Chairman
- Receiving report and accounts by the Hon. Treasurer
- Announcement of the Election
- Receiving address of incoming Chairman
- Any other business
Followed by the Tony Johnson Memorial Lecture, this year's paper will be delivered by Lord Carnwath.
